Elite Athlete Funding Application

To apply for elite funding, you must submit a letter which includes the following information:

• Full Name
• TNS Elite Membeship Card Number
• Date of Birth
• Statement that includes how you believe you qualify by supplying race times/results, and marking which criteria you’ve met
• List of planned competitions in the current year
• List of the eligible competitions from which you intend to submit receipts for reimbursement
• Mailing Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address

Application letters must be submitted by April 30 to:
